I vaguely remember this ad from when I was a kid, and only because I remember seeing Cincinnati Bengal's then-quarterback Ken Anderson in it. What I do not remember is that David Bowie and Kurt Vonnegut and Heart were also in it. One reason is that I didn't know who any of those people were when I was that young.

Hansson & Karlsson

Our good buddies from Stockholm, the Amazing, were in town this past week on tour with Tame Impala. There was a lot of talk about their musical ancestors, like Mikael Ramel and Pugh Rogefeldt, and of course the father of the Swedish Hammond organ sound, Bo Hansson. Here he is in a rare television appearance with his old partner, Janne Carlsson, playing their composition Triplets. (There's also a guitarist, possibly Kenny HÃ¥kansson, Sr, but if he's playing, it's inaudible).
