Wilson Pickett - Fire & Water
It's Simon Kirke's birthday, and Andy Fraser's earlier this month. Their band, Free, originally recorded this song in 1970. Here's Wilson Pickett working it out on Soul Train a year later. Keep your eyes peeled for Damita Jo Freeman, front and center, just to Wilson Pickett's left, in the maroon hot pants suit.
